RECOVERY OF MATERIALS

We find solutions to all waste recovery and disposal problems for industries large and small, businesses and farms as well as for public waste management facilities. We operate both through direct intervention and providing consultation and intermediation services for all operations not performed directly.

Since May 2006 we have been operating our own waste recovery plant in Sogliano. This 14,000 m3 facility has an authorized capacity of 40,000 t/year to recover the reusable fraction of waste derived from sorted flow. The sorting activity, performed both manually and mechanically, produces uniform types of quality materials that meet the needs of recycling facility production cycles. Process residues are disposed of daily in the company-managed landfill.

Services
• Supply of suitable equipment (bins, rolling compactors, press containers, etc.).
• Loading, transport and treatment of the waste.
• Final disposal of the residues in its own facilities.
• Management of waste not treated directly in the plant (e.g. hazardous waste), acting as intermediary between producers and authorized, qualified final disposers.



MOBILE SHREDDING-SCREENING SYSTEM

Our mobile urban waste treatment service makes it possible to separate the dry fraction, from the organic fraction, that can rot, with the aim of future disposal or recycling. Upon request, the service can be completed with stabilization of the organic fraction and disposal of the residual fraction. Considering a maximum treatment capacity of 60 t/h and operating 2500 h/year, we estimate a maximum annual treatment capacity of 125,000 t. of urban and non-hazardous special waste.


CRUSHING SYSTEM


Our mobile demolition and construction scrap recovery service can recover secondary raw materials for construction by screening, grinding and separating both the metal fraction and the undesired materials. This results in an inert fraction suitable for embankment and road and railway beds, industrial yards, etc. Working directly in the yard, this plant prevents the need to move demolition waste or debris.



STABILIZATION PLANT

The project, the first in Italy and produced with Atzwanger-Ecomaster-Bioferm engineering, calls for the construction of an anaerobic and dry aerobic stabilization plant for urban and special waste derived from separated waste collection.

It will be built in the vicinity of the Ginestreto recycling plant and will serve to recover materials and energy from the organic fraction of the urban and special waste and will be able to handle up to 50,000 ton/year of incoming waste.

The industrial process is broken down into two phases:

Fermentation in an anaerobic environment, i.e. in the absence of molecular oxygen and unbound to other elements; degradation of the organic substance produces carbon dioxide and methane gas which can then be used to produce electricity.

Composting to produce fresh compost and ripe compost, rich in humic substances.

Moreover, on the roof of the building, a photovoltaic system will be installed to produce an additional 998.76 kW of electricity.
