Purpose The processing of personal data of those who spontaneously send their curriculum vitae is aimed at managing the request of the interested party and, in particular, to verify the conditions for a possible recruitment and / or collaboration with the Data Controller.
Legal basis The legal basis of the processing is constituted by art. 6 par. 1 letter b of EU Regulation 679/2016 (processing necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same) and by art. 9 par 1 lett. b of EU Regulation 679/2016 (processing necessary to fulfill the obligations and exercise the specific rights of the data controller or of the data subject in the field of labor law and social security and social protection, to the extent authorized by Union or of the Member States or by a collective agreement under the law of the Member States, in the presence of appropriate guarantees for the fundamental rights and interests of the data subject).
Recipients of personal data The personal data provided are communicated to internal or external personnel authorized for processing, to public or private subjects authorized for processing in the cases provided for by current regulations.
Transfer of personal data to a third country or to an international organization Personal data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the specific purpose indicated above and in any case for a period not exceeding 12 months from receipt of the curriculum vitae, after which they will be automatically deleted and no copies will be kept.
Rights of the interested party The interested party may at any time exercise the rights of access (Article 15), rectification, updating and integration (Article 16) of cancellation (Article 17) of limitation (Article 18) opposition (Article 21) of the data personal by sending a registered letter a.r. to the Data Controller or a certified email address soglianoambiente@pec.it.
Obligation to provide personal data and the possible consequences of failure to communicate such data The provision of personal data is optional and strictly necessary to proceed with the verification of the conditions for a possible recruitment and / or collaboration with the Data Controller. The consequence of failure to provide the data involves the failure to achieve the aforementioned purpose.
Existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling The data controller does not adopt any automated decision-making process, including profiling, pursuant to art. 22.
