| Legal basis | The legal basis of the processing is constituted by art. 6 par. 1 letter b of EU Regulation 679/2016 (processing necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same) and by art. 9 par 1 lett. b of EU Regulation 679/2016 (processing necessary to fulfill the obligations and exercise the specific rights of the data controller or of the data subject in the field of labor law and social security and social protection, to the extent authorized by Union or of the Member States or by a collective agreement under the law of the Member States, in the presence of appropriate guarantees for the fundamental rights and interests of the data subject). |
| Recipients of personal data | The personal data provided are communicated to internal or external personnel authorized for processing, to public or private subjects authorized for processing in the cases provided for by current regulations. |
| Transfer of personal data to a third country or to an international organization | Personal data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the specific purpose indicated above and in any case for a period not exceeding 12 months from receipt of the curriculum vitae, after which they will be automatically deleted and no copies will be kept. |
