Thirty years to share
Public meetings, conferences, trade fairs and events open to the public:
these events are how Sogliano Ambiente opens its doors and presents its model for discussion with institutions, operators, communities and local areas. These are opportunities to share results, present projects and develop new perspectives on circular economy, energy and sustainability.
In 2026, the year of our 30th anniversary, these events become a meeting point where history, innovation and the future converge.

ECOMONDO 3–6 November 2026
Sogliano Ambiente is taking part in the 29th edition of Ecomondo, the international event that brings together businesses, institutions and professionals from the circular economy to discuss strategies, technologies and solutions for the ecological transition and the evolution of environmental policies.
In the year of its 30th anniversary, the company is presenting a new stand, designed as a place for meeting and dialogue, to showcase its identity, the expertise it has developed and its contribution to the local area. Partners, customers, stakeholders and visitors are invited to get to know Sogliano Ambiente and its projects more closely.
To mark its 30th anniversary, Sogliano Ambiente promoted SIMBIOSI, an event open to the community that brought to the heart of Sogliano al Rubicone a collective conversation on the themes of sustainability, ecology, the energy transition and the landscape.
Over two days, scientists, journalists, writers, artists and members of the public came together to share knowledge and perspectives, transforming the environment into a shared heritage of awareness and participation. A key moment in the 30th-anniversary programme, which confirmed the bond between the company and its local area.
Ferrara Fiere Congressi
Sogliano Ambiente took part in the national hub dedicated to site remediation, regeneration and sustainable regional development with its own exhibition space.
For the first time and on its 30th-anniversary year, Sogliano Ambiente was also at RemTech Expo in Ferrara with its own stand, a key event for those involved in environmental remediation, the circular economy and territorial regeneration. This was an opportunity to present the integrated model of the Ginestreto Complex and the projects accompanying the construction of the new G3 plant to operators, technicians and institutions.
towards a sustainable future
The Sogliano Ambiente Auditorium hosted a discussion session dedicated to the challenges in the waste sector, the circular economy and the role of renewable energy.
The event was attended by institutions, operators, technicians and experts to explore the relationship between the environment, industry, the local area and sustainable development.
Topics covered included: the economic and energy impact of waste management, new sustainability trajectories and the value generated by integrated industrial models.
To mark World Earth Day, Sogliano Ambiente presented the list of initiatives dedicated to the company’s 30th anniversary, outlining the journey of transformation that combines industrial development, regional enhancement and the energy transition.
The event also provided an opportunity to unveil ‘Green Regeneration’, the artwork created for Sogliano Ambiente by the Romagna-based artist Francesco Bocchini. Created from sheet metal salvaged from food tins and painted in oils, the artwork draws inspiration from the visionary worlds of Bosch and depicts a reimagined natural world, symbolising the ability to transform resources and give them new life.
During the day, the main projects for the company’s future were also presented: from the completion of the Ginestreto G3 plant to environmental and landscape restoration measures, right through to Sogliano Ambiente’s role in the Renewable Energy Community and new initiatives to enhance the local area.
The new technical and administrative premises in Via della Resistenza were inaugurated in 2025 as a symbol of Sogliano Ambiente’s journey of transformation: an urban regeneration and sustainability project that has given the community a modern, efficient space open to the local area.
The building, designed to meet energy efficiency and safety standards, also houses Spazio SA, a multifunctional auditorium designed to welcome public meetings, presentations and cultural initiatives in collaboration with the local council and local organisations.
This was followed the next day, Saturday 4 October, by an Open Day where the headquarters opened its doors to residents, families, associations and businesses, offering the chance to explore the premises. Participants were able to tour the new premises and the Auditorium via short, guided tours led by staff, gaining a closer insight into a venue designed to promote discussion, participation and culture locally.
On this occasion, in collaboration with the Museo del Disco d’Epoca, a sound corner was also set up to showcase the town’s unique cultural heritage.
